I've been giving people massages for as long as I can remember…

The particulars:

• Received certification in massage from Blue Sky Educational Foundation in 1996
• Worked in a chiropractic and complimentary health care facility
• Opened Health and Happiness in 1998
• Received 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Ananda in California in 2001
• Attended a 4-day cadaver dissection on the upper body at Marquette University in July 2007
• Currently pursuing a Masters in Nutrition and Doctorate in Natural Health from Clayton College

I am passionate and committed to learning as much as I can about the human body / mind.

I have never stopped taking continuing education courses.

My favorite branch of massage therapy is specific therapeutic work and the training I received from Doug Nelson, owner of Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT) which looks at the underlying sources of pain and works to educate the client on prevention and body awareness.

1/2 hr = $50
1 hr = $70
1 1/2 hrs = $90
